Infiniti Studio LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the IV Central mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect:

• Full name

• Email address

• Phone number (optional)

• Instagram handle

When you use the App, we may also collect:

• Audio files uploaded by studio engineers on your behalf

• Session and check-in records

• Device push notification tokens

The App uses your device camera solely for QR code scanning during studio check-ins. We do not capture, store, or transmit any images or video from your camera.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account

• Provide access to your recording session files

• Enable studio check-in via QR code

• Send push notifications about your sessions

• Communicate with you about your account

Data Storage and Security

Your account data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on Amazon Web Services). Audio files are stored using Cloudflare R2 object storage. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to your files is restricted to you and authorized studio staff.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the App:

• Supabase (authentication and database)

• Cloudflare R2 (file storage)

• Expo (app delivery and push notifications)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your account information and files for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Your Rights

You may:

• Access your personal data through the App's Profile screen

• Update your information at any time

• Request deletion of your account and data

• Opt out of push notifications through your device settings

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated policy on this page.
