By utilizing the services of INFINITISTUDIOLLC for the distribution of music to third-party platforms such as, but not limited to, Spotify and Apple Music, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Copyright Infringement: INFINITISTUDIOLLC is not liable for any copyright infringement or other legal disputes that may arise from the content you submit for distribution. The responsibility for ensuring that all content is original, properly licensed, and does not infringe on any third-party rights rests solely with the submitting party.

2. Revenue Sharing: INFINITISTUDIOLLC will retain 10% of all streaming revenue generated by the distributed songs. This revenue-sharing arrangement is perpetual and applies only to the content hosted on profiles managed by INFINITISTUDIOLLC. INFINITISTUDIOLLC will not receive any streaming percentages from the content when it is posted separately by the artist or a third party outside of INFINITISTUDIOLLC’s distribution services. Ownership of the song’s masters will remain with the original rights holder.

3. Content Hosting: By agreeing to have INFINITISTUDIOLLC distribute your content, you grant INFINITISTUDIOLLC full discretion to host and maintain the content on its profiles across third-party platforms, including but not limited to Apple Music and Spotify, in perpetuity. INFINITISTUDIOLLC also retains sole discretion to remove such content if deemed necessary.
